• Cost: Free shipping on every order.
• Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping.
• Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address?

Email hello@getzooomies.com right away. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it has, we’ll work with the carrier to redirect it.

Late or missing package

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipping, email us your order number and we’ll check with the carrier and make it right.

Damaged on arrival

See our Refund Policy. We’ll replace or refund it.
