We want your dog to love Zooomies. If you’re not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your order.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@getzooomies.com with your order number and the email you ordered with.
2. We’ll confirm by email within 1 business day.
3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.

Do I need to send the product back?

No.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo of the item and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

After 30 days

Orders more than 30 days past delivery aren’t eligible for a refund, but reach out anyway and we’ll see what we can do.

Buy now, pay later orders

If you paid with Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna, refunds are issued to that provider, which updates your plan.
